14-day returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unused and in like-new condition, with all tags and its original box. Place the sneaker box inside a shipping box and do not stick labels directly onto the original box.
How to return
Please write to us first with your order number and we will send you the address and instructions. We cannot accept packages sent without contacting us first.
Return shipping cost
- Our mistake (size, color, or quality): returns are free and we will exchange the item or refund your money, as you prefer.
- Change of mind or ordered wrong size: return shipping is at your expense. Please use a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund your money via bank transfer or Bizum within a maximum of 7 business days.
Exchanges
For a different size, return the original pair and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get your size before it sells out.
Damaged or incorrect item
Check your order upon receipt. If something is not right, write to us within 48 hours with photos of the item, the box, and the shipping label.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.
