How long does shipping take?

Mainland Spain: 24–48 hours. Rest of the EU: 3–5 business days. All orders are tracked, and you’ll receive the link by email as soon as your order ships.

For now, we don’t ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

What size do I choose?

True to size: choose the same size you always wear. Use the size filter to see only what’s in stock in your size.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery. The sneakers must be unworn and in like-new condition, with their original box. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours (size, color, or quality), in which case it’s free. Contact us to start your return.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash when you receive your order. No cards or advance payments.

Where is my order?

We’ll email you the tracking link when your order ships. If it seems stuck, get in touch and we’ll look into it.
