We ship from Spain to mainland Spain and the rest of the EU. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Preparation
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Delivery times
- Mainland Spain: 24-48h from dispatch.
- Rest of the EU: 3-5 business days from dispatch.
We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
All orders include tracking. You will receive the link via email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, and the carrier, weather, or holidays may cause delays.
Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can change it before the order ships, but not after.
Lost, delayed, or damaged
If tracking stops updating, or shows as delivered but you haven't received it, write to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If it arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it.
